Submissions (articles) are reviewed with due respect for the confidentiality of Authors, and Authors trust to the Editorial Board results of own scientific work (article), on which their reputation and career may depend.
Reviewers ensure the Authors' right to privacy if disclosure the personal and scientific information during the reviewing of submissions.
Reviewers also have the right to confidentiality maintained by the Editorial Board.
Violation of confidentiality is allowed if there is dishonesty or fraud by the Authors.
The Editorial Board do not disclose any information about the submission (article) (including their receipt, content, status under review, criticism of the Reviewers, or final status) to third persons, exept Authors and Reviewers. This includes requests to use submission materials for legitimate professional and scientific activities.
The Editorial Board constantly explain to Reviewers that the submissions (articles) submitted for examination are the private property of Authors. Therefore, Reviewers and Editorial Board respect rights of Authors, do not publicly discuss their work and do not assign their ideas to own publications.
Reviewers are not permitted to make copies of the submission for their files, and are prohibited transferring them to others, except with the permission of the Editorial Board.
Reviewers must return or destroy copies of the submission after submitting expert opinions. The Editorial Board do not keep copies of rejected submission.
Reviewers' comments are not published without the consent of the Reviewer, Author and Editorial Board.
Reviewers are informed of the final decision of the Editorial Board to accept or reject the submission.
